My Daddy's Big Day

Yesterday was Father's Day - So mom and myself decided to take Dad out for a great big adventure! We found some sand dunes not too far away where Dad could go and do all the things he loves!

1st thing my Daddy loves... to walk and talk with me!Here I am trying to catch up with him as he begins flying his kite, below you will see how I love to watch it zip around!

Then I decided that there was a lot with in reach and walking distance that I hadn't yet sampled and that I had better get to tasting!

Now with all the energy I gained from the desert food I decided that I needed to start climbing the hill. With it being Father's Day I thought I needed to be close. But this hill was a lot different then climbing couches, for some reason the ground kept moving underneath my feet!

If I can only reach that stick...

I made it, I hear that walkers use these things to help them along the trail. I don't know what they were thinking cause this thing didn't even reach the ground!

Hmmm... to turn back or to keep going???

I've got to keep going!

I MADE IT, BUT THE PICTURE WOULDN'T UPLOAD!!! Sorry, you will just have to imagine it!

And - The famous family photo shoot! Which I didn't really want to do, as you can tell, I had been through a lot climbing huge mountains. :0)

Then off to do one of my Dad's most favorite things... wheelin' in the Subaru! Mom wasn't too excited, but Dad assured her that everything would be okay and I guess it didn't help that I was really excited and laughing the whole time!

All in all - I think my Dad had a great day!

Sure is a good thing because he is the most amazing Father and I love him SO much and he deserves such a fun day.
